Our Simple Process

Project Initiation and Scheduling

After project signup, you'll receive a tentative schedule. Weather can significantly impact timelines, so be prepared for potential adjustments. Your Project Coordinator will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Project Execution and Completion

The project begins with demolition, grading, and forming. This phase typically requires limited client oversight. A down payment may be collected during this time. Once complete, the pouring crew is scheduled, followed by the cleanup crew. Your Project Coordinator will keep you updated throughout the process.

Project Management and Communication

Your Project Coordinator oversees all project details. They're your primary contact for questions, changes, or concerns throughout the process. Feel free to reach out at any time.
