The perfect team — Professional, Purposeful, Respectful, Collaborative, and Constructive.
Dan Mattingly, Founder
Dan Mattingly founded Mattingly Concrete Inc. in 1987. His experience in concrete construction in a residential and commercial setting has paved the way for this company for nearly three decades. Dan attended Butler University where he was a Varsity baseball player and starting linebacker for the Bulldogs. His fascination with concrete construction and business started soon after college as he began working on various residential and commercial projects from the Hoosier Home to the Hoosier Dome. We are proud to say that Mattingly Concrete's roots began with Dan and are excited to continue on with his legacy.
Will Mattingly, President
Will Mattingly was bred and raised in the concrete construction world. With two siblings in other fields, Will decided to find a role in the family business at an early age. On and off of jobs starting as a kid, Will started working full time nearly a decade ago starting as a laborer and working his way to where he is now. Currently, Will is in a spot to care for each job from start to finish and make sure each client is getting the same "Mattingly Quality Job" that his father, Dan Mattingly, first envisioned in 1987. Weather its a small patio or a large commercial build-out, Will is there to make sure your project is completed on time and exactly what you asked for in the end.
Chris Sargent, Business Manager
After a brief hiatus from the concrete construction, Chris Sargent joined our team in late 2013. Since then, he has excelled in his profession and shares his enthusiasm with the customer day in and day out. Chris brings the promise of a well rounded project, each one tailored to meet the clients needs and budget. His creative side can be just what the doctor ordered when a client is looking for some inspiration to set their project apart from others. Chris is the "concrete concierge" at Mattingly Concrete and a true family man and leader. Chris enjoys traveling to the equator during his wintertime off.
Felicia Reid, Office Administrator
Felicia is well versed in the office and is usually the first and last person any client will speak to at any given time. Karen handles all back-end operations from placing orders to creating work orders and calling utility locates. Her role is venerated as one most key to starting and finishing each job without any hiccups or confusion. Karen takes pride in each client having had the best experience possible at Mattingly Concrete Inc.

Jason Hurlock, Pouring Superintendent
Jason came to Mattingly Concrete from running his own concrete contracting business in the northern part of the state. Jason's primary role at Mattingly Concrete is to operate and manage crews through-out the pouring and finishing phases of our projects. Jason is watching the weather from the very early morning hours until late into each night assuring our projects are completed in the proper time frame and to the proper standards. Jason oversees several thousand cubic yards of concrete placement per year. Jason also enjoys working on his farm in northern Indiana.
Kam Wall, Project Manager
Kam is usually the final word on every job. His eye for detail is unsurpassed. Kam has the ability to see what the customer sees and can also perform even the most minute tasks to make the job come together. When presentation matters, Kam is the man for the job. He has been within Mattingly Concrete's corps for a few years now and has the deepest understanding of how each job should look when its all done. He is also your point of contact on the job when finalizing for payment. Look for Kam to ensure your needs are met at any point of the construction process.
